Our goal for this project was to transform into a warm and welcoming home an all-glass anonymous penthouse on the 36th floor of a new residential tower. We have created a complete new interior lay-out and made it a minimal home thanks to the walnut herringbone parquet...

The original house had narrow spaces with sharp corners and small windows. On the last floor, one could see the sea (a few meters away) from a tiny terrace. We have destroyed the ceiling and built the new one 80cm higher: the living room benefits now of 3.5m height and the master bedroom with its wonderful terrace enjoys the sea view...
